DESCRIPTION:In order to favor higher participation\, this Forum will be held virtually via Meet at the following link: \nhttps://meet.google.com/tsw-xncg-mso \nThe Forum will be a discussion about the upcoming negotiations for the revision of the CBA contract for Full Time Faculty (the other contracts will be due for negotiation after the Summer). It is important to discuss with you what are your main concerns and needs and to understand which can be addressed in contract negotiations\, so to best prepare the proposals we will take to the negotiation table. \nBecause negotiations themselves are confidential\, this is the best time to hear your voice and make sure that the efforts of our negotiating team will go in the right direction. While the Forum will be focused on the Full Time Contract (we will do similar events for the other contracts)\, all members and Union curious colleagues are welcome to join and offer their contribution to the discussion. \nIf you cannot make it on the 8th\, please feel free to email me at luciolanucara@gmail.com to share your concerns or to arrange a chat.
